It is one of the city's main hotel districts, so a visit here usually means a room or a suite rather than a home. Either works. You stay where you are, we arrive discreetly, and nothing about the evening needs explaining to anyone.

We come to hotels, serviced apartments and private residences across all three Mayfair postcodes: W1K around Grosvenor Square in the north, W1S around Hanover Square and Savile Row in the east, and W1J in the south, down towards Piccadilly and the small streets of Shepherd Market. The address changes nothing about the experience. What matters is a private room and time set aside for it.
